Velorki is built on open data and open source. These are the projects behind the map, the routes, the search and the type, with the licences they are published under.
OpenStreetMap
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. The map data Velorki draws, routes on and searches in comes from OpenStreetMap.
Licence: Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0; rendered tiles under CC BY-SA 2.0.
BRouter
The routing engine. Velorki plans bike routes with BRouter and ships its routing profiles; the routing that runs on the phone follows the same upstream source. © Arndt Brenschede and contributors.
Licence: MIT licence.
OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles
Vector map tiles by OpenFreeMap, built with OpenMapTiles from OpenStreetMap data. OpenFreeMap serves the default map style and requires no key.
Licence: Software under the MIT licence, the OpenMapTiles schema and styles under BSD 3-Clause, the tiles under ODbL 1.0, the design attributed as © OpenMapTiles.
CyclOSM
The optional cycling overlay: a cycle-oriented map style for OpenStreetMap, served by the OpenStreetMap Foundation's tile servers.
Licence: CC BY-SA 4.0.
Photon
Online place search, by komoot. Photon geocodes the place names typed into the search field and the names the assistant proposes, and is built on OpenStreetMap data. © komoot GmbH and contributors.
